SatisHub is a web application that allows the supervision of the complaints management mechanism at sectoral / national level by a Professional Association, Central Bank or other regulatory / supervisory authority. Regulators, Supervisors or Associations thus offer consumers of financial services the means to seek mediation in the event of mistreatment inflicted by a financial institution.

The application ensures the collection and centralization of complaints and claims, then offers the functionalities to dispatch these complaints to the subject Establishments, follow the assigned processing times, and receive through a dedicated portal the solutions proposed by each Establishment which retains its independence in terms of to its process and tool for handling complaints.

It also offers functions to generate notifications and communicate with the complainant, whose satisfaction is also measured online.
SatisHub archives files and generates statistics and reports for decision support and benchmarking at the sector level.
